​​​​Dance from the Heart 

Are you ready to take your dance up the pole? In this 6 week Series we will help you create a pole pass that will include spins, transition and movement up the pole whether it is in a climb, inversion or both. Each week we will challenge you to explore that pass through different creative movement exercises that will make it your own. 
It will be best to wear pole shorts and a tank or sports bra, but as always dress to your comfort level and layers if you would like. 

Pre-Rec Instructor approval if not a current Bella Student. 

Current Bella student must know basic spins, climbs, and pole sits. 


6 Week Series 

Are you ready to set flight with learning many different spins transitions and mastering a Bella routine. In Beginner Pole Series we have a strong focus on the dance with conditioning for strength and flexibility.   4- 90 minute classes.

This class is great to get a taste of what Bella Pole and Dance is all about before starting your Beginner Pole Series. You will learn a basic spin along with a few transition and put it all together into a flow combo.

Level 1 

Once you have completed our Beginner Series in this class we will be using our senses to create organic feminine movement that will leave you feeling empowered to be confident in your body. No strength needed for this class we just ask you come with an open heart and an open mind. 

Bella Pole 101 Climb and Spin

This class was created for those that are ready to add layers to where ever you are in your pole journey. You will learn a choreograph combo and each week we will guide you through exercises to make it your own. 
 At the end of class you get a chance to dance through the combo while exploring other creative movement.
This class is great for students who are familiar with Basic spins. Step spin, fireman, front leg hook, back leg hook and Beginner pole routine. 

Pre-Req-Complete Beginner Series or Instructor approval 

The Liquid Motion® class is an open level class that utilizes elements of fitness conditioning, sensual movement, and dance theory, to provide a total mind and body movement experience. In this 75- minute class, students learn the fundamentals of Liquid Mo,on® to build a foundation for floor work & wall work. The class is made up of body conditioning, lateral movement drills, intricate floor sequences, exploration of sensual movement, and an understanding of total body awareness. This combination is Liquid Motion®.

Take what you learned in the Beginner Pole Series and build on additional spins and learn several different types of styles of climbs along with mastering our Beginner routine.
